This Data Processing Addendum (the Addendum) forms part of the Aspose Pty Ltd (Aspose)Terms of Use, Privacy Policy (and any ancillary or related documentation), as updated or amended from time to time (the Agreement), between the Customer and Aspose. All capitalized terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning set out in the Agreement.
